The numbers
Volume, turnaround, quality and exceptions. The measures are agreed before we start. You see what we see.
We start there. Then we look at what stands between here and there—and how we can work alongside you to close the distance.
Not sure yet? We’ll sit with you and help work that out.
Explore the approachesYou have a question about your own operation — where the cost is going, why turnaround slipped, whether a process is ready to be automated, whether an area is worth outsourcing at all. We come in, sit where the work happens, and find out. Then we give you a clear picture and a clear recommendation. The operation stays as it is while we look. What you decide to do next is yours.
A true picture of your own operation, evidence for every finding, and a recommendation you can act on.
Each approach hands something forward.
A finding you can act on.
Working knowledge, earned by doing the work with your team.
A stable operation and a measured baseline.
A proven way of working.
A new capability—and the next question worth asking.
Start the next round stronger.
The next Study starts from higher ground.
Moving work across is the part people worry about—and where continuity can be lost. We don’t run it from a template.
The transition is written for your engagement, with SCALE as the principle behind it. How we begin depends on where you are and where you want your business to be. Our approach changes accordingly.
Volume, turnaround, quality and exceptions. The measures are agreed before we start. You see what we see.
What is moving, what is waiting and what needs a decision. We review the work together—not just the report on it.
Named owners, a clear escalation path and access to the people responsible for your work.
What we learn is shared with you. Working knowledge, findings and lessons from the work—nothing held back.
We tell you which model fits, show what’s included and what isn’t, and then we price it.
A price quoted before we understand the work is a guess—and you would be the one paying for it.
We agree what needs to stand ready for you and what varies with the work. Where a base and variable fee fit, the base covers the people and systems; the rest follows the agreed volume or outcome.
Any minimum fee and notice period are clear before work starts.
A fixed monthly rate for each person on your account.
Ongoing operations with steady volume, where you want cost certainty. Collaborate, Anchor.
A price per claim, ticket, invoice or document, above an agreed floor.
High-volume work with a clean unit, where volumes move. Anchor, Lift.
An agreed price for an agreed piece of work.
Work with a defined end — a Study, a certification readiness, a build, a migration.
Actual days at agreed rates, never beyond a ceiling you set.
Discovery and early-stage work where the scope is still forming.
A monthly fee for an agreed level of access and capacity.
Advisory, fractional roles — a virtual CISO, a compliance officer, a program lead.
A base fee plus a variable element tied to volume or performance.
Long-running engagements where both sides want the incentives aligned. Lift.
A monthly or annual fee per seat or per site.
Our products — the dialer, the QA auditor, scheduling, prior authorization, workflow.
A price per task, per document or per conversation, with a monthly minimum.
Spark agents.
A defined first piece of work, with success measures agreed up front. Test the fit before a larger commitment.
We build the capability, run it and transfer it when your team is ready, under agreed operating and transfer terms.
Your starting approach helps shape the model. Study is usually a fixed fee; Collaborate and Anchor, per person or per unit. Lift may move to a blend as the work changes. Establish combines a build fee with the model that fits the operation.
Our own teams in our delivery centers in India and the Philippines, remote people we recruit and manage, our Sparks — AI workers we build and supervise — and specialist partner firms where a piece of work needs a skill we do not hold in-house. No matter who performs the task, we ensure your business is protected and taken care of, and you deal with one team and one contract.
Because the people are not new. Between us we have run service delivery, production floors and back-office operations for over two decades each, for customers in the US, the UK and beyond. The company is young. The experience behind it is not.
You stay in charge of your business, we bring it what is missing — people, method, systems, technology — and we own the outcome. Outsourcing takes work away from a business. Co-sourcing adds to it.
That is exactly what Anchor is built for. We take the work on the way it runs today — same steps, same tools, same outputs — and nothing switches over until parallel running shows the numbers match. Your customers should not notice the change, except that things get steadier.
You see the same numbers we do, on the same day — volume, quality, turnaround, exceptions — all agreed before we start. And because you keep full sight of the operation, you see the work itself, not just a report about it.
You will never wonder who to call. The escalation path is documented and shared with you on day one, every person on it can make a decision, and every person in the chain is a call away.
Two different answers. A Study or a pilot can start within weeks of agreement. Moving an operation across and bringing it to steady state typically takes two to four months, depending on how complex the work is. Our goal is always to start as soon as it is safe to, not as soon as possible.
It depends on the model, and we will tell you which one fits before we quote. Per person per month, per unit with a minimum, fixed fee, retainer, subscription, or a blend. Every model has a floor and a notice period, so you always know where you stand. We do not price work we do not yet understand.
It stays where it needs to stay, seen only by the people who need it for their work, on managed and encrypted devices. We work to India's DPDP Act and the Philippines Data Privacy Act, and to GDPR or HIPAA where they apply to you. For our AI workers, you choose where they run — including inside your own systems. See our security page.
Yes, and we would rather you did. A Study, a pilot, or a single process is the normal way in. We start small, prove it, and you set the pace from there.
Then we help you do it. We document as we go and transfer knowledge throughout, not at exit, so what we built is trainable and yours. A customer who no longer needs us is not a failure — it is Establish working.
Yes — where it genuinely helps, and we are expanding as we go. Every Spark has a defined job, a named person here accountable for it, and clear rules for what it decides on its own, what it hands to a person, and how its work is checked. We will tell you exactly where one is in your process, and you decide where it runs.
This is one of the most common things we find, and it is why we document everything we touch. Work instructions, decision rules, the exceptions nobody wrote down — captured, kept current, and shared with you. Dependency on any one person, ours or yours, is kept to a minimum on purpose.
We measure our success by your business goals, not just by the work we delivered.
Tell us what you’re trying to get done.
You don’t need to choose an approach first. Tell us where you are and what you’d like to change. We’ll work out the next step with you.
We’ll be honest about whether we can help.
