About this notice
This is an interim notice for the CoKindle Consulting website. It describes what the site does today. A full policy naming the responsible legal entity, privacy contact, retention periods and your rights will replace it once our legal formalities are complete.
Information entered in forms
When you send an inquiry or a job application through this site, it is emailed to our team — inquiries to sales@cokindleconsulting.com, applications to careers@cokindleconsulting.com — through our email provider, Resend, and kept in our Microsoft 365 mailboxes. We use it only to respond to you. We do not store it in any other system, sell it, or use it for advertising. To have it deleted, write to the same address. The website does not save form drafts to browser storage; your browser may separately offer its own autofill or history features.
Analytics and session recordings
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and navigation, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. These optional tools load through Google Tag Manager only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Only essential keeps them off. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied.
Google and Microsoft process usage and technical information under their privacy policies, including processing outside your country. Inquiry and application areas are masked in Clarity. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or résumé contents as analytics events. This is not a promise that the providers receive no technical information, such as browser and network information.
You can withdraw permission through Cookie choices. Withdrawal stops tracking and refreshes the page, but does not erase information already received by the providers. See the cookie notice, Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Email and external links
Email links open your mail application. If you send an email there, the message and your sender details are delivered through your own email service. External websites have their own privacy notices. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential customer material through the website.
What is still being completed
The full notice will identify the responsible legal entity and privacy contact, explain what information is used and why, identify recipients and international transfers, and describe retention, your rights and how to complain. Those business details are being completed. Until then, questions about your information can be sent to the address you wrote to.
