Consulting & Advisory

A clear view.
A practical next step.

Process, performance, transition, change, AI, and the partners you already have — advice that turns into work.

A little more context

We look at your operation with you — and come back with something you can act on.

Most operations do not need a transformation. They need someone to look at the whole of the process for the first time in years, ask the people who actually do it, and come back with a clear picture and a clear next step. That is what our consulting is: practical, inside the work, and written to be acted on — a review of how things run, the gaps and the opportunities, what to re-engineer and what to automate, and a prioritized plan you can start on Monday.

Most consulting work begins as a Study, and often continues as a Collaborate when you want our people beside yours to carry it out. Because we also run operations, our advice comes with a way to act on it — by your team, by ours, or both.

Process Mapping & Documentation

How your process actually runs, written down so anyone can follow it.

Every operation has two versions of its process: the one in the document and the one people actually follow. The gap between them is where errors, delays and single-person dependencies live. We map the process as it really runs — step by step, with the people who run it — and turn that into work instructions, standard operating procedures and process maps that a new joiner can pick up on day one.

This is the foundation for everything else: you cannot improve, automate, outsource or certify a process nobody has written down. It is also the fastest way to find the three or four steps that exist only because someone left two years ago.

Process Improvement

The same process — costing less, breaking less, moving faster.

Once a process is written down, the improvements are usually visible to everyone who looks. We take a process that works and make it work better: remove the steps that add nothing, repair the ones that break, and shorten the path from request to result. Lean, Six Sigma, or plain common sense — we use whatever the problem needs, not whatever the method prescribes.

Every improvement is measured against a baseline you agreed to, so you can see the gain in cycle time, cost per unit, quality and effort — not just hear about it. Where the right answer is automation, we say so, and we design it (see Process Automation Assessment & Design).

Outsourcing & Transition Consulting

Whether to outsource, to whom, and how to move the work without breaking it.

Deciding to move work — to a partner, to a new center, to another country — is a business decision that deserves better than a sales pitch. We help you make it properly: is this work ready to move, what would it cost, what would it save, and what could go wrong? Then, if the answer is yes, we run the selection and the move: the RFP, the shortlist, the due diligence, the transition plan, and the parallel run that proves the numbers match before anything switches.

If what you want is your own operation — a delivery center that belongs to you — we design it, set it up, run it until it is steady, and hand it over. That is build-operate-transfer, done by people who have built and run centers themselves.

Operations Performance

An operating model that fits the business you are running now.

Operations drift. Teams grow around people rather than roles, targets are inherited rather than designed, and the numbers on the dashboard stop meaning what they used to. We help you redesign the operating model — the structure, the roles, the service levels and KPIs, the quality framework, the capacity plan — so that the operation is built for the business you are running today and the one you are becoming.

For contact centers we go deeper: forecasting and scheduling, occupancy, handle time, first-contact resolution and quality calibration — looking at how the whole operation works and where it can perform better.

Program & Change Management

Someone to run the program — and to bring your people with it.

Good plans fail in the running. Projects stack up, ownership blurs, and the people who have to change how they work were told last. We give you program and project management as a service — a PMO you can switch on, run by people who have delivered transitions, system rollouts and operating-model changes — and change management that treats your people as the point, not the obstacle.

We work in your governance and your tools, report in a way your leadership will actually read, and stay until the change has stuck, not until the go-live date.

AI & Digital Advisory

Where AI genuinely helps your business — and where it does not yet.

Everyone has been told to do something with AI. Few have been told what, in their own operation, with their own data and their own constraints. We help you find the use cases that are real — the ones with a clear task, clean enough data and a person to own the result — and rank them by value and effort. Then we redesign the process around what your business needs from it — the AI fits the process, not the other way around — and give you a roadmap you can fund one step at a time.

Because we also build and run AI workers (see Sparks), our advice is grounded in what actually works in production — including where a human still needs to be in the loop, and where your data must never leave your control.

Vendor & Outsourcing Partner Management

Get the most out of the partners you already have — with one team watching every one of them.

Most businesses already outsource something — a BPO, a technology vendor, a payroll provider, a support desk — and most manage those partners in the gaps between other jobs. We take that on. We manage your vendors and outsourcing partners across their whole lifecycle: onboarding and transition, the KPIs and service levels that matter, performance reviews and business reviews, issue resolution, corrective action, and the continuous improvement that a contract alone never produces.

You keep the relationship and the control. We bring the discipline — the scorecards, the governance rhythm, the benchmarking, the contract knowledge — and one accountable team that makes sure every partner is doing what you are paying for. When it is time to renegotiate, re-select or bring work back in-house, we have the evidence ready.
