Keep your word
Trust starts with commitments we can keep. When something is going to slip, you hear it from us first. We say the difficult thing early, even when the easy thing would keep the room comfortable.
We have spent our careers running operations. CoKindle is what we are building from that experience.
Explore our storyIt knows what it has to do next. It doesn’t yet have what it takes to do it.
Hiring takes time. Bringing in separate providers can leave you managing the gaps between them.
The strange part is that nothing is actually missing. The skill exists. The technology exists. The people exist.
It is all out there—just not in one place, and not inside your business.
You know what has to happen next. Some of what it takes is not inside the building.
People, method, systems, technology. It exists—just not in one place.
Trust starts with commitments we can keep. When something is going to slip, you hear it from us first. We say the difficult thing early, even when the easy thing would keep the room comfortable.
We do not advise from the outside. We go in, sit where the work happens and learn how it really runs before changing anything. We ask the person doing the work, not only the person reporting on it.
People and relationships need tending. Training is the backbone of this company, not something we do when there is spare time. We value the relationship over the transaction—with a customer, a partner and each other.
We keep what your business is trying to achieve in view, not just the task we were asked to do. If the work you ask for will not get you there, we will say so—even when saying so makes the engagement smaller.
The measure is not only what we ran. It is what stands after we stop running it. We transfer knowledge as we go, and say it plainly when you no longer need us for a piece of work.
Anyone can be good once. Being good every time is the job. The standard does not drop in a busy month, on a small account or in the last week of a contract.
Between us, we have run service delivery, production floors, and back-office operations for more than two decades.CoKindle is young. The experience behind it is not.

Founder & Chief Delivery Officer
Prem has spent twenty-four years in operations and service delivery, leading global teams across India and the Philippines. He has worked through every stage of the customer journey. He has supported pre-sales and shaped solutions, led transitions, run the production floor through execution, and managed customer relationships for the long term. Along the way, he has also led strategy, business excellence and vendor management. Because of this, he understands what a customer needs at each step — and what it takes to deliver it.
He started CoKindle on a simple belief: together we grow; alone, we only survive. No business should have to carry its problems on its own, and no single company has every answer. The right people, brought together, can. That matters even more now. AI is changing the service industry faster than any one company can keep up with alone. Prem believes the businesses that work together will find far more opportunity than those still fighting the battle on their own.
For Prem, care is the only way to build something that lasts. Care for the customer's business as if it were your own. Care for the people doing the work. Care for the partners who stand beside you. Everything CoKindle does starts there.
He holds a Global Executive MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management. At home, he is a husband and the father of three daughters — who keep him honest about what matters most.

Managing Partner & Practice Head
Mahesh has spent twenty-four years in operations and IT service management. He started on the operations floor and has worked through every level, from the front line to head of country operations.
At CoKindle, he leads the consulting practice. As Practice Head, he brings the capability together. He works with the Practice Council to find the right solution for each customer, and he makes sure that solution delivers the success the customer came to us for.
His strength is bringing people, process, technology and data together. He builds the frameworks that make an operation measurable. But before he builds anything, he goes to the ground. He immerses himself in how the work really runs, finds the real reason behind a problem, and fixes the foundation rather than the surface. He would rather solve something once, properly, than patch it again and again.
For Mahesh, a relationship with a customer truly begins when their success becomes your responsibility. He left a senior role to join CoKindle at its very beginning, and he carries that belief into every engagement.
More perspectives around the work.

Strategic Advisor
Rajeshwari has spent more than two decades in healthcare, working where operations meet regulation — compliance, risk, contracts, MIS, program management and business continuity planning.
Her strength is keeping a business safe while it grows. She knows what a healthcare customer expects before they ask: the controls in place, the contract terms that protect both sides, and a continuity plan that holds when something goes wrong.
Rajeshwari acts as a strategic advisor to the leadership at CoKindle. She guides our approach to healthcare — the products we build, what customers expect, and what the industry needs — and helps shape our contracts and compliance. She also brings the network: many of the healthcare connections CoKindle works with come through her.

Strategic Advisor
Avinash has spent more than two decades in healthcare operations, running them end to end — from winning the customer, through transition and process re-engineering, to growing the account. He is a subject matter expert when it comes to healthcare.
His strength is knowing how the work actually runs. He can look at a claim and tell you where it will break, what a new team needs to learn first, and what good looks like on the floor.
Avinash acts as a strategic advisor to the leadership at CoKindle. He advises on healthcare operations — how we scope new work, how we plan its transition, and how we measure it once it is live. When CoKindle designs a solution, he is the one who checks it against how the work is really done. He also brings in a large network of healthcare experts that CoKindle works with.

Partner & Strategic Advisor
Jasmine has spent close to two decades leading projects and programs where the stakes are high and the whole organization is watching — large, revenue-impacting initiatives for a global enterprise.
Her strength is strategy and planning. She shapes a program from a blank page, plans it end to end, and builds the team that will deliver it from the foundation up.
Jasmine was the first person to believe in the idea of CoKindle. She acts as a strategic advisor to the leadership, and works with the project management team to design how our projects are run. She keeps the customer at the center and makes sure everything is planned with the same discipline. She shares the belief at the heart of CoKindle: care is the only way to build anything worth keeping.
CoKindle’s own back office is staffed by Sparks.
